This is the most honest and fair auto repair company I have ever experienced. Over the past 15 years, we have had 6 different cars serviced ranging from electrical, transmission, engine tuning, headlight replacement, brake repair/replacement and every time the services were reasonably priced and high quality. In a few cases, my dealer said I needed a repair and after they inspected the issue they confirmed the repair was not necessary. These guys are the best!

I started bringing my car to this body shop and had a couple of repairs that went fine at first, but my experience quickly went downhill when I tried to use my warranty. My warranty company wanted to send the part directly to the shop for them to install, but the shop refused to accept it. Instead, they insisted on buying the part themselves and charged me the full dealer price, even though it was clear they bought it elsewhere at a lower cost. When I questioned this, they admitted that they “had to make money off the part,” which didn’t sit right with me — especially since they wouldn’t provide a receipt for where they purchased it. I also felt pressured because they said I’d be charged to take my car out if I didn’t agree, leaving me with no real choice at the time. Overall, I found their process unclear, not transparent, and not customer-friendly. I normally like to support small businesses, but I personally would not recommend this shop based on my experience. It didn’t feel like they had my best interest in mind, and I’d advise anyone considering repairs here to ask detailed questions upfront and make sure everything is clearly written before agreeing to the work.

I've been using B&C Auto for the past two decades because they have proved to be very trustworthy, which is very rare from my experience. They provide excellent customer service (great to work with, they actually listen to my needs & accommodate them, and are willing to explain the issue/repair with no "hard sell"). i am very happy with the work B & C did on my vehicle. I highly recommend this shop. Take your vehicles here. They were honest about the repair and kept me informed. They handled the warranty paperwork and guaranteed the repair. Its hard to find an honest shop these days. I knew what needed to be done with my vehicle prior to taking it there. I knew the error code and they diagnosed it exactly. They did not try to do unnecessary repairs. They even told me if the error comes back to bring it in. My experience with this auto repair shop was highly positive. Their efficient and reliable service, combined with their knowledgeable mechanics and excellent communication, made for a satisfying customer experience. The overall quality of work and professionalism is first rate. I will definitely be returning to this shop for future auto repairs and would recommend it to others in need of a trustworthy and competent service provider.
